Promoting women's sense of self-worth and developing their ability for strategic choice are the base goals of this thematic intervention. Women's involvement and their integral empowerment are the core value of every intervention through which we do consider and deliver development services by them and for them. Our goal is to empower women to live life with dignity so that they can contribute as equal partners in development. On another side, we have a mission to develop a healthy environment where they could lead prosperous life within an environment free from violence and discrimination. Through an integrated process of self-esteem development, young women build a foundational factor that impacts their behavioural approach and persistence of behaviour and this developed persistence encourages them to their active participation in the empowerment project process. Within such integral development strategic process, we operate such significant projects through such valuable intervention like women SHGs ( Self Help Group ) formation,  quality training, capacity development, inculcation leadership values & entrepreneurship skills development and then after some standard period of time the group members gradually get involved in the process of empowerment and then also they start playing an active role in their economic empowerment.Once they start taking active participation in group management then such participation does develop a kind of leadership spirit with that they start active functioning roles too in other development services
